ELIGIBILITY - Be a national of a developing ADB member nation. - One cannot be a dual citizen of any industrialized nation. - Possess a solid academic record and a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. - After graduating, have at least two years of full-time professional employment experience. - Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken English. - At the time of application, you must be at least 35 years old (rare exceptions). - Preserve your emotional and physical well-being. - Not be pursuing a graduate degree at this time. - Remain in their nation of origin and refrain from residing or working outside. - Pledge to spend a minimum of two years back home after finishing their education.

BENEFITS - The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition. - To help with living expenditures, a monthly subsistence payment is given, which includes housing costs. - Study-related books and educational resources are paid for. - Throughout the training, medical insurance is provided. - All travel costs are paid for, including airfare to and from the host university. - Extra assistance could consist of:. - A specific stipend for research scholars to prepare their theses. - Funding may sometimes be used for preparation courses or language instruction. - Exclusions: Extracurricular activities and dependents’ costs are not covered by the scholarship.
