66. Suspension & Termination

- payments remain outstanding;
- misuse of the Platform occurs.

67. Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- access to the Platform may immediately cease;
- active listings may be removed;
- consultant profiles may become unavailable;
- pending payments may be withheld pending investigation;
- platform licenses granted to users terminate.
Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination, including intellectual property rights, payment obligations, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and indemnification.
68. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opportunity Station disclaims all warranties, including:

- fitness for a particular purpose;
- uninterrupted availability;

- reliability;
- non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- opportunities will remain available;
- consultants will always be available;
- websites linked through the Platform will remain active;
- information submitted by third parties is always accurate;
- the Platform will be free from errors or interruptions.
69. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opportunity Station, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or relating to the use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Opportunity Station for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
