Applications are open for the AGORA Fellowship 2027 for Mid-career Leaders [Cohort 2] - a 9-month catalytic leadership and institution-building programme for mid-career African leaders who are already creating measurable impact and are ready to build stronger institutions, expand their influence, and contribute to Africa’s transformation.

Organised by The Agora (powered by Eden Centre), the fellowship develops Kingdom-minded leaders with Christ-centred influence across the twelve mountains of society through discipleship, leadership training, enterprise mentoring, and societal transformation projects. Deadline: 1 November 2026.

About the Programme

The Agora Fellowship is described as a spiritual forge - not merely an academic course. Fellows are shaped as Kingdom impactors so Gospel values can permeate systems with healing, light, and transformation across Africa. The programme moves leaders from individual influence toward institutional and systems-level impact.

Eligibility

  • African mid-career professionals
  • Age 27 - 40
  • Approximately 8 - 10 years of professional experience
  • Legally registered social enterprise or business operating in Africa
  • Founders, executives, senior professionals, ministry leaders, creatives, policymakers, or institution builders already creating measurable impact
  • Building organisations, enterprises, institutions, ministries, or structured platforms
  • Ready to move from individual influence to institutional / systems-level impact
  • Faith-aligned commitment to Kingdom-centred leadership

Sectors include (among others) academia, law & justice, government, fashion, entertainment/arts/sports, education, religion, economy & business, family, media, science/tech/innovation, and social reform / international development.
