The ARICE Scholarship 2025 in Romania, a fully financed opportunity for overseas students, is currently accepting applications. The Ministry of Education and the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) collaborate to organize the program. Outstanding students from non-EU and non-EFTA nations who want to pursue undergraduate (Bachelor’s), graduate (Master’s), or doctoral (PhD) studies at recognized public universities throughout Romania are awarded 40 scholarships annually.
The ARICE Scholarship provides a rare opportunity to study in a European nation rich in academic tradition and culture while also covering all main academic expenditures. One of the program’s main advantages is that there is no application cost, which enables a larger pool of applicants to participate. Additionally, before starting their degree studies, all chosen students will take a required, free one-year course in Romanian. The goal of this course is to assist students in assimilating into Romanian academic life and everyday conversation.
In addition to offering financial aid, this scholarship program promotes academic achievement and cultural immersion. Below is more specific information about financial coverage, eligibility requirements, and application procedures.
