KEY DETAILS - Funding: Training - Deadline: April 26, 2026

ELIGIBILITY - A citizen of a member state of the African Union (AU) who lives in Africa or the diaspora. - 18 to 35 years old (must stay under 35 after the 12-month service). - Possess post-secondary education (TVET, bachelor’s, master’s, or comparable). - Available to dedicate a full year of voluntary work in 2026 - 2027. - Being open to relocating to a different AU member state to live and work. - At least one AU working language (Arabic, English, French, Kiswahili, Portuguese, or Spanish) must be mastered. - Have at least a year of confirmed volunteer experience and a year of professional work experience. - Host Organization: African Union (AU). - Eligible Participants: African Nations. - Program Type: Training. - Benefits include full sponsorship, health insurance, airfare coverage, and living and settlement allowances. - IELTS prerequisite: Not Needed. - Benefits :. - A rare chance to participate in high-level continental policy and initiatives at the African Union. - Make connections and establish networks with young African leaders throughout the continent. - Return travel to the deployment site in economy class. - A monthly allowance to cover living costs. - Complete coverage for health insurance. - The issuance of an AU Service Passport. - Allowance for separation once the 12-month service is successfully completed. - Availability of mentorship and training programs.
