These scholarships, which are available for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, pay for living expenses, travel expenses, full tuition, and establishment allowances, among other things. Eligibility criteria

Must be a citizen of one of the Middle Eastern, African, Pacific, or Asian participating nations. View the complete list of nations that qualify.
Must be at least eighteen on February 1st of the year the scholarship is awarded.
Must not be a citizen of Australia, be a permanent resident of Australia, or be requesting a visa to live there permanently.
Must not be a member of the armed forces in active duty.
Must fulfill any extra requirements imposed by their home government or the program area (such as a minimum number of years of work experience in a related area).
Must meet every prerequisite established by the Department of Home Affairs in order to be granted a student visa. In the event that visa criteria are not fulfilled, the scholarship offer can be withdrawn.
Must fulfill the requirements for admission to the university where the scholarship will be awarded. The scholarship offer could be withdrawn if the prerequisites for admission are not met.
It is forbidden to apply for a course of study at a lower academic level than one has already accomplished (for example, applying for a master’s scholarship when one already has a PhD).
To guarantee openness and appropriate application management, all links or connections with program area employees—including locally involved employees or managing contractors—must be disclosed.
