ELIGIBILITY - Citizens of an eligible developing Francophone nation must be employed. - Should have a significant job within their institution where the learned skills would assist capacity development. - Must be proposed by their organization using the formal national selection procedure. - Must exhibit high ability in both spoken and written French. - Should fulfill the requirements for admission and academic standing at the Canadian university they want to attend. - Must select a program that is in line with the development priorities set forth by their nation. - Should be included in their institution’s capacity-building strategy, with preference given to candidates who will greatly improve their organization when they return.

BENEFITS - Complete coverage of all tuition expenses for the whole term of the program. - A monthly payment to cover living expenditures such as food, lodging, and local transport. - Round-trip airfare is given, including travel to Canada at the commencement of the program and return upon completion. - Comprehensive health insurance to cover medical requirements during the study term. - Financial assistance for books, study materials, and research-related costs. - Settlement and relocation payments to help scholars adjust upon landing in Canada. - Additional support for training, workshops, and professional development activities to boost academic and career success.
