ELIGIBILITY - Be a citizen who is not Chinese. - Be healthy and prepared to abide by Chinese rules and regulations. - Fulfill the age and educational requirements for the program of choice:. - Master’s Program: Be under 35 years old and possess a bachelor’s degree. - Doctoral Program: Be under 40 years old and possess a Master’s degree. - A general scholar must be under 45 years old and have completed at least two years of college study. - Senior Scholar: Be under 50 years old, hold a Master’s degree or above, or be an associate professor or above. - Show that you are fluent in either Chinese or English. - China is the host nation. - Scholarships in the Postgraduate, Master’s, and PhD categories. - All countries are eligible to apply. - Benefits: Fully financed scholarship including a ¥42,000 living stipend, lodging, and health insurance. - IELTS Requirement: Not necessary. - Benefits :. - Basic textbooks and tuition are completely free; further educational resources may need to be paid for on your own. - Free on-campus housing is available. - Living allowance: 3,000 RMB per month for master’s and general scholars; 3,500 RMB per month for doctoral and senior scholars. - Research assistantship: GSCAAS supervisor provides monthly assistance. - GSCAAS provides coverage for medical insurance. - Extra assistance (GSCAAS-OWSD): study fees, regional workshops, conference allowance, visa costs, return ticket, and yearly medical contribution (USD 200). - GSCAAS pays for experiments and internships.
