Studying at Northwestern Polytechnical University in China is completely sponsored by the Chinese Government NPU Scholarships.The Northwestern Polytechnical University Scholarship offers overseas students studying and conducting research at the university in China complete tuition coverage, a ¥3,500 monthly living stipend, housing, and other support.The mission of Northwestern Polytechnic University is to draw in and nurture exceptional international students who will go on to become world leaders, intellectuals, and businesspeople.
Students pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees at the university are supported by the Chinese Government NPU Scholarships.
These scholarships are a component of a Chinese government program that supports foreign academics, instructors, and students at Chinese universities in an effort to promote collaboration and global understanding.
Eligibility Criteria
- must be in good bodily and mental health and free from conditions that could interfere with their study, such as infectious diseases.
- By September 1, 2025, undergraduate applicants must be under 25 and have completed high school.
- Candidates for master’s programs must be under 30 by September 1, 2025, and have a bachelor’s degree.
- must have a minimum academic average of 75% or above and be able to conduct scientific research. As evidence of academic achievement, NPU accepts the SAT, ACT, A-Level, AP, IB, GED, or regional high school exams.
- must be proficient in either English or Chinese, as required.
- Passports must be valid and they must not be Chinese nationals.
