Prospective Master’s and PhD students have the chance to pursue graduate studies in the United States with complete funding thanks to the Clemson University Graduate Scholarship. This grant includes a complete graduate assistantship with a $25,000 annual stipend that covers all tuition costs.

Important information regarding the opportunity and the application procedure is provided in this post. The James C. Kennedy Waterfowl and Wetlands Conservation Center at Clemson University is presently accepting applications for fully funded graduate assistantships at the Master’s and PhD levels.

Dr. Brunela Rodrigues (Wood Utilization and Biomaterials), Dr. Michael Stoner (Civil Engineering), Dr. Jim Anderson, and Dr. Christophe Darnault (Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences) are among the team academic members who oversee the program, which is interdisciplinary in character.

Eligibility Criteria

possess a B.S. degree in one of the following or a closely related discipline (for M.S. applicants) or an M.S. degree (for Ph.D. applicants):

Engineering in the Environment

  • Civil Engineering
  • Science of Materials
  • Science of Wood
  • Engineering in Forests
  • Science of the Environment
  • Keep your undergraduate GPA at or above 3.00.
  • Show a keen interest in and familiarity with:
  • Design engineering
  • Science of materials
  • Software for design (such as CAD)

Extra interests are seen favorably

  • Sustainability of the environment
  • Preservation of historic buildings
  • Wetlands
  • Data
  • Scholarly publications
