To be eligible, To qualify, you should

Be a citizen of, or have refugee status granted by, an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person.
Be permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country.
Possess a first degree with at least upper second class (2:1) honors, though a lower qualification with significant relevant experience may be considered.
Demonstrate an inability to fund the program without scholarship assistance.
The scholarships are for study beginning in September/October 2025.
