To be eligible, To qualify, you should

  • Be a citizen of, or have refugee status granted by, an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person.
  • Be permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country.
  • Possess a first degree with at least upper second class (2:1) honors, though a lower qualification with significant relevant experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrate an inability to fund the program without scholarship assistance.
  • The scholarships are for study beginning in September/October 2025.

Bangladesh, Belize, Botswana, Cameroon, Dominica, Eswatini, Fiji, Gabon, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Montserrat, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, The Gambia, Togo, Tonga, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, and Zambia.

How to apply For the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship 2025/26.

Applicants have to apply online, and it involves two steps. Apply for and be admitted to an approved Master’s course at a participating UK university. Submit a separate application for the scholarship via the CSC’s online system. Use the official website is below.
