Apply for the Commonwealth Leaders Academy Programmes Associate 2026 - a remote volunteer role with the Commonwealth Leaders Academy (CLA), a UK Community Interest Company that develops the next generation of Commonwealth leaders.

You support programme delivery, administration, and communications (up to 20 hours per week). Initial appointment is one month (renewable). Volunteers receive a £100 monthly stipend for incidental costs - this is not a salary. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until a candidate is appointed.

Programme support

  • Help plan and coordinate CLA programmes and events
  • Prepare programme materials, reports, and documentation
