ELIGIBILITY - Applicants from emerging and developing countries may submit their applications. Please see the Helmut Schmidt Scholarship Eligibility List. - A bachelor’s degree in social and political sciences, law, economics, public policy, administration, or a similar field is required of applicants. - It is necessary to finish a 16-year bachelor’s degree program at a university. - Applicants need to submit an application for the designated Master’s program. - A candidate may submit an application for up to two Master’s degree programs. - Applications must be submitted in either German or English. - The age of candidates is not restricted.
