Eligibility
- University track (ADMIN UG): completed three-year higher-education degree (minimum EQF Level 6 / ~180 ECTS) by the application deadline - diploma must already be obtained
- VET track (ADMIN VET): eligible vocational education and training graduates (new pathway - check current VET criteria on the portal)
- Translation track (TRA / DGT): ability to translate into your main/target language from two other official EU languages (with EN/FR/DE rules as published)
- Languages (administrative, EU nationals): two official EU languages - one must be English, French, or German at C1/C2 (or mother tongue); second at least B2
- Languages (non-EU nationals, administrative): very good knowledge of English, French, or German at C1/C2 (or mother tongue)
- No more than 6 weeks of prior work experience in EU institutions, bodies, agencies, delegations, MEP offices, or similar (as defined officially)
- Valid passport or nationality document; proof for all declared qualifications and experience
- Open to EU Member State nationals; limited places for non-EU nationals in specific DGs/services
- No age limit
