ELIGIBILITY - Must possess a bachelor’s degree or a comparable degree from a previous university. - Should be highly motivated and academically interested in leadership, management, innovation, and research in higher education. - Must provide legitimate evidence of their command of the English language using one of the authorized tests:. - A minimum score of 92 on the TOEFL iBT. - IELTS Academic: 6.5 overall (no band lower than 5.5). - PTE Academic: 62 is the minimum score. - Minimum Grade C for Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE). - Minimum Grade C1 for Cambridge C2 Proficiency (CPE). - Applicants who have finished a bachelor’s, master’s, or complete secondary education in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, the USA, or any EU/EEA nation are exempt from taking the English test.
