Apply for the GIZ South Africa Ideas Competition for Employment Promotion in Just Energy Transition Value Chains 2026 - a call for emerging and small NPOs, CBOs, NGOs and similar organisations to propose innovative projects that create jobs and income in South Africa’s Just Energy Transition (JET), especially for youth, women, and persons with disabilities.

The competition is implemented by GFA Consulting on behalf of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH under the Career Path Development for Employment (CPD4E) project (commissioned by BMZ; co-funded by the EU and SECO; in partnership with South Africa’s Department of Higher Education and Training).
