Applications are currently being accepted for the 2025 Global Korea Scholarship (GKS), which is available for undergraduate degrees. There is no IELTS score requirement for this fully funded scholarship, which is offered by the South Korean government. There are now 367 scholarships available for the 2025 intake, with 87 going to international students via the Embassy Track and 280 going to students from other countries through the University Track.
Applicants must apply through the Korean Embassy in their home country in order to use the Embassy Track application process. - Applicants with an associate degree are only eligible to apply for a bachelor’s degree program.

The minimum CGPA requirement is as follows

- 2.80 out of 4.3
- 2.91 out of 4.5
- 3.23 out of 5.0
Alternatively, applicants must be in the top 20% of their class with a score percentile of 80% or above.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be under 25 years of age.
