Program overview

Full description, requirements, and what to expect

A prestigious scholarship program called the Hasegawa International Scholarship Foundation Scholarship 2026 was created to assist outstanding Asian students attending colleges in Tokyo, Japan. The scholarship, which is well-known for its substantial monthly stipends and two-year funding period, enables students to concentrate on their academic growth without worrying about money. The program is regarded as one of the most prestigious and reliable scholarship possibilities for privately supported overseas students in Tokyo since applicants must be sponsored by their university.

For exceptional Asian students pursuing doctoral, master’s, bachelor’s, or junior college degrees, the foundation consistently offers financial aid each month. Its objective is to empower future leaders who can contribute to regional development in order to enhance intellectual exchange between Japan and the rest of Asia. In addition to receiving financial assistance, scholars are invited to take part in academic and cultural events, networking gatherings, and foundation meetings that foster intellectual development and understanding.

Through this scholarship, the Hasegawa Foundation hopes to develop gifted youth, promote enduring ties between Japan and other Asian nations, and give them a setting in Tokyo where they can flourish both intellectually and personally.
