The student must be enrolled in a postgraduate program at an institution that has been approved by the government in order to be eligible for this award. Programs like M.B.A., MTech, M. Com, M.A., and others fall under this category.
A minimum of 55% must have been obtained by the candidate on their prior qualifying exam. Furthermore, the candidate’s family income cannot be more than INR 2.5 lakh per year. Students who have struggled financially for a number of years will be given preference, which will help them pay for their education.
This scholarship is only open to Indian citizens.
