What Is the HIP Impact Accelerator Program?
The Impact Accelerator Program (IAP) is High Impact Professionals' flagship career-transition programme. It equips experienced professionals who are not yet in high-impact roles with evidence-based tools, peer accountability, and personalised guidance to identify promising paths to impact and take concrete next steps.
Since launch, IAP has supported 450+ participants, helped drive 79 career changes, and generated an estimated $3.6M in counterfactual impact.
Note: This is the last IAP cohort until 2027 - if you have been considering a high-impact career move, apply before the September deadline.

New for 2026: Entrepreneurship Track

- Community of fellow aspiring founders with an entrepreneurship-experienced facilitator
- Tailored support to explore high-impact entrepreneurship paths and create your founding roadmap
- Curated network of incubators, advisors, and communities
Ideal for aspiring founders, successful founders pivoting to pressing global problems, consultants/operators ready to build their own org, and those exploring Founding to Give or high-impact non-profits and for-profits.
Who Should Apply
You will likely get the most value if you:

- Are not currently working in a high-impact role
- Have thought about how to do the most good with your career
- Have not yet taken many significant steps toward high-impact work
