ELIGIBILITY - All applicants, with the exception of German nationals, are eligible based on their nationality. BENEFITS - Return Airfare: All costs associated with traveling to and from Germany are reimbursed. - Monthly living allowance: Depending on the researcher’s expertise level, financial assistance is given during the fellowship period:. - The monthly salary for postdoctoral researchers is €2,700. - €3,200 a month for researchers with experience. - Research and Conference Allowance: Extra money is available to pay for conference costs, research excursions, library fees, and the purchase of scholarly materials. - Medical Insurance: Throughout the fellowship, full health and medical insurance is offered. - Family Allowances: Fellows who stay for at least three months with their families are entitled to family allowances. - Kid Allowance: To ensure family assistance throughout the study stay, a flat-rate allowance is given for each accompanying kid under the age of 18.
