The Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) is hosting the International Forum 2025 in Toronto, Canada, under the theme “Digital Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy in the Age of Algorithms.” Scheduled for October 2025, this fully funded global youth forum invites participants from around the world. It aims to bring together young leaders, professionals, policymakers, digital strategists, scholars, and cultural practitioners to explore the dynamic intersections of technology, culture, and diplomacy.CCCD is offering 10 fully funded scholarships, which will cover round-trip airfare, meals, accommodation, and full access to the forum. Eligibility Criteria
- All nationalities are welcome to apply.
- You have to be at least eighteen.
- Students or professionals working in the fields of international relations, communication, cultural studies, diplomacy, technology, social sciences, media, the arts, or similar fields are eligible to participate.
- Applications are encouraged from anybody interested in digital platforms, diplomacy, or intercultural interaction.
- No need for the IELTS
