In order to attract exceptional students from around the world, RIPS offers a range of fully funded scholarships for international students enrolling in Japan in 2025. Sponsored by the Japanese Government (MEXT) and international organizations such as JICA and the World Bank, the scholarships cover both master’s and Ph.D. programs and provide comprehensive financial support, including full tuition coverage, monthly stipends, travel expenses, and health insurance.

GRAS programs are taught entirely in English and focus on important subjects like policy, governance, economics, and innovation. Students gain access to an international learning environment where they collaborate with internationally renowned faculty members and network with peers from a variety of backgrounds.

GRIPS prepares students for significant positions in academia, international organizations, and government by promoting leadership development and practical skills in addition to academic brilliance.
