• €850 for Master’s students
• €1,200 for PhD students
• Travel and health insurance support
• Research allowance (PhD students)

Purpose

• This KAS Scholarship Program supports international students and graduates with a university degree to pursue master’s, doctoral, or research studies (minimum of four semesters) at a German university.
• The KAS Scholarship is open to all the Nationals.
• Hold a bachelor’s university degree.
• Demonstrate above-average academic achievement.
• Possess German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Be actively involved in voluntary work.
• Plan to study in Germany for at least four semesters.
• Show a strong general education and interest in political issues.
• Demonstrate a commitment to democracy and human rights.
• Be open-minded, tolerant, and willing to develop their perspectives.
• Be highly motivated and articulate their life goals effectively.
