Who can apply: Of Completion
- Three-Year Enrollment: Minimum three years in the KUT doctoral program.
- Course Credits: Earn 10+ doctoral course credits.
- Examination and Defense: Pass a preliminary exam (at least one year before final defense) and complete the final public defense.
- Research Publication: At least one paper in a high-level peer-reviewed journal by the final defense; significant research achievements may substitute in special cases.
