Financial Support From Adb

The ADB will cover

  • Full tuition fees
  • A monthly subsistence and housing allowance
  • An allowance for books and instructional materials

Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Niue, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam.

Who can apply for the ADB Scholarship

  • Be a National of an ADB member country (list is given above).
  • Not holding dual citizenship.
  • Have gained admission into an approved university and an approved degree program.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree at the time of admission.
  • Have at least two (2) years of full-time professional working experience.
  • Age should not be more than 35 years at the time of application
  • Be in Good Health.
  • Must return to the country and work in his/her home country for at least two (2) years after completion of studies.
