Eligibility
- International student (non-Canadian requiring a study permit)
- Enrolled in final year of senior secondary school in 2026/2027, or graduated no earlier than June 2026
- Beginning studies at U of T in September 2027
- Not eligible: students already in post-secondary studies, or starting post-secondary in January 2027 at U of T or elsewhere
How to Apply
- Confirm eligibility against the criteria above on the official Pearson page.
- School nomination (Jul - Oct): Ask your counsellor, principal, or head of school to nominate you. Previously participating schools receive nomination forms from 6 July 2026. Nomination deadline: 9 October 2026. New schools can apply to join by noon EST, 9 October 2026. Only one nominee per school per year.
- Apply to U of T (Sep - Oct): Apply to at least one undergraduate programme and plan to start in September 2027. Admission deadline for Pearson consideration: 16 October 2026. You may list up to three programme areas; if awarded, the scholarship is restricted to your top choice at decision time.
- Scholarship application (Oct - Nov): After nomination, you receive a private link. Complete the form and submit documents by 6 November 2026 (after your U of T admission application).
