ELIGIBILITY - Candidates must be citizens of a country other than the EU/EEA (Swiss and Surinamese nationals are also ineligible). - To study in the Netherlands, candidates must be qualified for both a residence permit and an entry visa (MVV). - For the 2025 - 2026 intake, candidates must apply to Maastricht University’s full-time Master’s program. - Students who have earned a full degree in the Netherlands are not eligible to apply, but those who have previously participated in an exchange program there are. - By September 1, 2026, candidates must be at least 35 years old. - Candidates must have exceptional academic performance, with a minimum GPA of at least 7.5 out of 10. - All necessary documents must be accurately submitted at once since only one complete application submission is permitted.

BENEFITS - Living allowance: €30,625 for a 25-month program or €15,925 for a 13-month program. - Included are about €700 in health and liability insurance costs. - The UM International Services Desk will cover the cost of the visa application. - Tuition costs are fully covered. - The UM International Services Desk also pays for Pre-Academic Training.
