ELIGIBILITY - Overseas applicants: Students are welcome to apply for the scholarship from anywhere in the world. - Requirement for Bachelor’s Degree: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a topic closely relevant to their desired graduate course of study, or an equivalent accepted by McGill University. - Master’s Program Requirement: In order to be admitted to a Master’s program, candidates must have graduated from an accredited university with a four-year undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. - Doctorate Program Requirement: Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university in order to be admitted to a PhD program. - The minimal cumulative grade point average (CGPA) that applicants must meet is 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.2 out of 4.0 for their last two years of full-time study. It’s vital to review the exact program standards as certain programs may have higher CGPA requirements. - Degree Equivalency: Applicants’ academic credentials must be equal to a McGill University degree.
