BENEFITS - Annual stipend of A$53,608 (2026 rate): Much larger than most research stipends in Australia, this substantial, tax-free living allowance covers everyday costs during the PhD program. - Research allowance: Extra funding for project-related costs such as research supplies, lab work, fieldwork, attending conferences, and scholarly publications. - Relocation allowance: A sum of money given to qualified Overseas applicants to cover travel and living expenses when they relocate to Australia to pursue their PhD studies. - Tuition fee coverage (if applicable): Depending on their eligibility, international applicants may be eligible for full or partial tuition fee support under Monash University’s graduate research scholarship programs. - Access to top-notch research facilities: Scholars have access to cutting-edge labs, libraries, and innovation centers, as well as chances to collaborate with top researchers and international academic networks.
