ELIGIBILITY - In order to be eligible to enrol in a full-time doctoral program, you must be in your first or second year with the goal of graduating no later than 2026. - Your subject of study should have a strong connection to the humanities or human sciences and be clearly relevant to the future of Canada (for more information, check the FAQ and previous scholarship recipients). - One of the four themes of the Foundation must be represented in your PhD dissertation at least:. - Dignity and Human Rights. - Conscientious Citizenship: People and their Natural Environment in Canada and Across the World. - You have to be one of two things:. - A national of Canada or another country enrolled in an international or Canadian educational program. - An international student enrolling in a PhD program at a Canadian university who is not a permanent resident of Canada.
