The beneficiaries must be natives of the Niger Delta States, which include Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta, Cross River, Edo, Ondo, Imo, and Rivers.
The only JAMB result that counts is the 2024 one.
While waiting for the results to be released, applicants can register and store their applications.
The only candidates for the undergraduate and master’s degree programs are those who are new to the 100 level.
The JAMB (2024/2025) and O’Level scores (either WAEC, NECO, or both) must be used by undergraduate applicants.
In order to continue receiving the PAP scholarship, undergraduate recipients must maintain a minimum average CGPA of 2.5 out of 5.0 or 2.0 out of 4.0 per academic session.
Recipients of scholarships are expected to follow PAP policies and conduct expectations.
