ELIGIBILITY - Candidates should apply under the Global Scholarship category and must not be qualified for any current Rhodes Scholarship constituency. - Inter-jurisdictional consideration may be used for candidates who have ties to a Rhodes constituency but do not fit the eligibility requirements. - Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 24 as of October 1, 2026, with a few exceptions for medical graduates and those who finished their first degree later than usual. - Must have earned an undergraduate degree that satisfies the prerequisites for admission to the selected program at the University of Oxford, or anticipate doing so by July 2026. - It is highly desirable to have a GPA of 3.70/4.0 or above or a First-Class Honors degree (or its equivalent). - Study Destination: United Kingdom (UK). - Scholarship Category: Postgraduate, Master’s, and PhD Scholarships. - Candidates from all countries are welcome to apply. - Benefits of the scholarship include a full scholarship, a £20,400 annual living stipend, assistance with lodging, and airfare. - English Test Requirement: Eligible Applicants Do Not Need to Take the IELTS. - Benefits :. - Full reimbursement for course fees and tuition at the University of Oxford. - Living expenses and housing are covered by an annual living stipend of £20,400, or roughly £1,700 per month. - Payment of the application fee for Oxford University. - All fees for student visas are covered. - Payment of the International Health Surcharge (IHS), which allows access to the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). - There are two economy-class flights: one to the UK at the start of the program and another to return after the studies are completed. - Oxford’s comprehensive financial support allows scholars to focus on their academic and leadership development.
