ELIGIBILITY - Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Mali, Niger, Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Mauritania, São Tomé and Principe, or Saint Helena are among the West African nations where applicants must be citizens. - Candidates must have spent at least five of the previous ten years residing in one or more qualifying nations. - Generally speaking, applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 24 by October 1, 2025; however, some professional disciplines and late graduates may have higher age restrictions. - Before the application deadline, candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree with First Class Honors or an equivalent academic standing.
