The Foundation provides fully financed scholarships that include one return economy ticket, one arrival allowance, all living and maintenance costs for the length of the course, visa and healthcare surcharge fees, and tuition. Established in 1982 by Mr. Wafic and Mrs. Rosemary Saïd as a memorial to their son, the Said Foundation Scholarship (Karim Rida Saïd Foundation) is officially recognized as a charity in the United Kingdom.
Talented youth from our target nations have been given training and scholarships through the Scholarships Programme since 1984. This has enabled them to succeed in their careers and eventually improve the lives of others back home.
