Program overview

Full description, requirements, and what to expect

The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, funded by the U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), is a program that the U.S. Department of State offers scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students from socioeconomically underserved backgrounds. The program offers opportunities for accomplished students from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region who exhibit leadership potential but do not have access to an American-style education. By partnering with top U.S.-accredited universities in the MENA region, the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program aims to create a diverse network of future leaders. The 2025 Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship pays all program-related costs, including tuition, living stipends, housing, travel expenses, health insurance, and laptops.
