The goal of the Cowrie Scholarship Foundation (CSF) is to increase Black British students from socioeconomically underprivileged households’ access to higher education. In the next ten years, the Foundation hopes to assist more than 100 students in partnership with top UK universities, such as the University of Aberdeen.

- Household Income: The entire annual household income must be £25,000 or less.
- Application for Student Finance:
- A UK regional funding authority (such as Student Finance England, SAAS, Student Finance Wales, or Student Finance Northern Ireland) must be applied to for full income-assessed financial support.
- Financial information sharing with the University of Aberdeen requires consent.
