ELIGIBILITY - Hold at least a 2:1 honors bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree from a recognized university, demonstrating strong academic performance. - Possess an academic background in relevant disciplines, such as data science, computer science, political science, law, economics, or related fields aligned with EU digital policy and governance. - Demonstrate a strong interest in key areas, including:. - Open data governance and policy frameworks. - Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on digital regulation. - EU digital transformation strategies and their implementation. - Final-year students who are expected to graduate by 2026 are eligible to apply, provided they meet degree completion requirements before enrollment. - Show readiness to collaborate in interdisciplinary research projects that combine technical, legal, and policy perspectives. - Be willing to participate in international mobility, engaging in the dual-residency structure between Ireland and Italy and gaining exposure to both academic research and EU policymaking environments. - Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for contributing to high-impact EU policy research and publications.
