The Basic Eligibility and the Requirements of the Adb-jsp
Citizenship and Age
- You must be a citizen and current resident of an ADB Member country.
- You must be no more than 35 years old at the time of application.
Academic Background
- You must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) at the time of application. This could include:.
- Three-year bachelor’s degree combined with a one-year master’s degree.
- Two-year bachelor’s degree combined with a two-year master’s degree. (Equivalency is subject to review by the program.).
Work Experience
- You must have at least two years of full-time professional work experience after completing your university degree.

The application process involves Two Parts
Part 1 Admission Application: Before submitting the scholarship application, an applicant must have a Proof of admission from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
A separate application (including all required supporting documents) must be submitted to the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa for admission into a Master’s degree program.
