For both domestic and foreign students who want to study in Europe, the University of Padua in Italy provides the coveted International Excellence Scholarships 2026. The scholarship, which is funded by the Veneto Region, helps gifted students who are enrolling in bachelor’s, single-cycle, or master’s degree programs but have little financial resources.

Tuition costs, a €8,000 annual subsistence allowance, housing assistance, and meals in university canteens are all covered by the scholarship. The program’s goal is to draw exceptional students from all around the world and help them succeed academically.

  • must show a modest family income, with an ISPE of less than €42,192.96 and an ISEE of less than €26,306.25.
  • must have applied to and been accepted into the University of Padua’s degree program in Italy.
  • must fulfill the prerequisites in order to be granted an Italian student visa.
  • must not be the recipient of any other financial grants or scholarships, either domestic or foreign.
  • must meet the extra conditions listed in the official scholarship call in addition to the academic merit standards.
