ELIGIBILITY - A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, or a closely related field is required of applicants in order to provide the academic background required for further infrastructure planning studies. - English Language ability: Since the program is delivered exclusively in English, candidates must formally demonstrate their ability using globally accepted assessments like the TOEFL or IELTS. This certification must be submitted. - Academic and Professional Background: A track record of excellent academic achievement is required, as is a relevant academic or professional background that indicates readiness for research and study at the postgraduate level. - Application Documentation: The final bachelor’s degree and official transcripts must be included in the applicant’s full application package.
