Apply for the Catalyst Now Learning Initiatives Fellowship 2026 - a six-month remote role supporting the Community Building and Learning team at Catalyst Now (formerly Catalyst 2030), a global movement connecting 7,300+ social innovators across 150+ countries.

The Fellow coordinates Catalyst Now’s systems learning work - especially the Learning Series and Fundraising Masterclasses - and supports the Academic Hubs. Eligible fellows may receive a $750 USD monthly stipend if they are not eligible for other grants or scholarships. Start date: early September 2026. Apply by 31 August 2026 (reviewed on a rolling basis - apply early).

What You Will Do

The Fellow plans, coordinates, delivers, and follows up on learning sessions so facilitators have what they need, participants get timely communication, and engagement data is recorded accurately.

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the Learning Series and Fundraising Masterclasses
  • Provide coordination support to the Academic Hubs
  • Maintain timelines, checklists, shared calendars, and activity plans
  • Support facilitator onboarding, briefing calls, and session logistics
  • Send invitations, reminders, joining information, and follow-up messages
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and support communications (including session recordings)
  • Work with the Community Building and Learning team and the Communications team

Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in programme coordination, project management, communications, education, international development, social innovation, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating virtual or in-person learning sessions, events, webinars, or community programmes
  • Experience communicating with participants, facilitators, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage several deadlines at once
  • Experience collecting, organising, and reporting participant or programme data
  • Confidence with online collaboration, communication, and event-delivery tools

Preferred: Zoom (or similar), Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms), mailing lists/mail merge, basic engagement data, shared calendars and project trackers.

You must be able to work remotely with about five hours of overlap with Central European (Summer) Time.
