ELIGIBILITY - You can apply for this scholarship in Turkey from any country. - All Ph.D. programs (offered in both English and Turkish) and master’s programs performed in English require proof of English language ability. - In the event that an applicant’s English language competency does not meet EMU’s requirements, EMU will administer a test to determine the applicant’s level of proficiency. - Applicants to Ph.D. programs must hold a master’s degree. - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, or the equivalent, are requirements for eligibility. - Applicant rankings will be determined by departments using a variety of assessment measures, which go beyond CGPA. - For Ph.D. programs, Overseas applicants are eligible to apply for 100% and 50% scholarships, and for Master’s degrees, there is a 50% scholarship. - For Master’s and PhD degrees, Turkish nationals are eligible to apply for 100% and 50% scholarships, respectively. - The EMU Scholarship in Turkey is not available to students who are registered as visiting or exceptional students.
