With guaranteed employment upon graduation, this 24-month program provides practical professional experience through job rotations at IsDB Headquarters and Regional Hubs. In order to promote sustainable development in all 57 Member Countries and among Muslim populations in non-Member Countries, participants will join an international network of IsDB professionals.
Participants will begin by working on actual development projects, encouraging creativity, forming alliances, and using Islamic finance tools to make a difference.
