ELIGIBILITY - Candidates must be nationals of a developing nation that the Malaysian government has approved. - At the beginning of the program, they must be 45 years of age or younger. - In addition to meeting the prerequisites for their selected course or program, applicants must have a strong academic record. - It is necessary to have at least a Second Class Upper (Honors) or an undergraduate CGPA of 3.50. - Proof of fluency in English is required. - IELTS score of at least 6.0, or. - A minimum total score of 60 on the TOEFL iBT, or. - A prior degree in which English was the primary language of teaching. - Candidates should be in good health and exhibit a strong desire to study and support the advancement of their nation.
