  • The UNESCO China Fellowship is open to people from Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe, and the Arab. (List of countries is mentioned below).
  • General Scholar applicants must possess a high school diploma and be under 45 years of age.
  • Senior Scholar applicants must hold a Master’s degree or an equivalent academic position and be under 50 years of age.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Master’s Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
  • Doctoral Applicants must possess a master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
