ELIGIBILITY - In keeping with the program’s goal of encouraging greater geographic representation and capacity-building in international law, the fellowship is open to candidates who are citizens of developing nations and emerging economies. - In addition to having a legal degree, candidates must have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of international law through employment in government agencies, academic institutions, international organizations, or comparable legal practices. - Since full participation in all lectures, seminars, and academic activities is required, applicants must be fully available and willing to attend for the duration of the program.
