In addition to covering tuition costs, this scholarship comes with a living stipend of £20,780 annually and, for chosen applicants, an extra £4,000. The UKRI AI Centre for Doctoral Training in AI for Digital Media Inclusion combines the knowledge of StoryFutures at Royal Holloway University of London, a pioneer in creative production, with the Surrey Institute for People-Centred AI (PAI) at the University of Surrey, which is well-known for developments in AI for the creative industries, including vision, audio, language, and machine learning.
