Role Focus & Key Duties

The fellow supports library and knowledge services by collecting, analysing, and reporting data that informs decision-making. Typical duties include:

Collect, validate, and manage quantitative and qualitative library / digital-collection data

Produce statistical reports for strategic and operational planning

Eligibility Requirements

At least a first-level university degree in library science, information science, knowledge management, or a related field, plus a recognized professional qualification
At least two years of professional experience in a library, knowledge management, research support, or related environment
Experience collecting, managing, and analysing library or information-related data
Experience with usage statistics, service metrics, or performance data
Experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings
Experience with spreadsheet software and data analysis tools
Excellent written and spoken English (other WIPO languages desirable)
