The fellowship is a two-year journey. Year one is a 12-month intensive (about 24 hours/month) with innovation training, local hubs, regional summits, venture coaching, and mentoring. After year one, fellows can access project scholarships of up to €15,000. Deadline: 31 January 2027, 23:59:59 CET.

Eligibility
- Aged 18 - 28 on the closing date (31 January 2027). Turning 29 on or before that date, or under 18, means ineligible.
- Strong command of English (assessed via written answers and interview video)
- Have identified an environmental problem you want to tackle with concrete action (prototype, early traction, proven impact, or a strong idea)
- Reside in an eligible country for this admissions round (see list below)
- Must not work for Mercedes-Benz, and must not have a parent/guardian who works for Mercedes-Benz
